At Bouncy Boo, we take pride in offering high-quality, safe, and educational toys for kids in Bachupally, Hyderabad and across India. Every product is carefully selected and quality-checked before shipping to ensure the best experience for you and your child.
However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund policy.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened toys
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Clearance sale or discounted items (unless defective).
This ensures we continue delivering only safe and hygienic toys for children.
We take quality seriously! If your toy or game arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@bouncyboo.in
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away — no extra hassle.
Return Approval Process
- All return requests are carefully reviewed by our team
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
- If the return does not meet our policy conditions, it may be rejected or partially refunded
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your payment provider (processing delays may occur).
